Kenneth R. Widner is a licensed attorney for the State of Alabama.
Kenneth graduated from Athens State University in August 1993
with a B.S. degree in Political Science. He later received his J.D. in
law from the Birmingham School of law in 1998 and after passing
the bar been practicing law for over 20 years. Kenneth is also retired
from the United States Air Force where he served honorably for 24
years. He has a small solo practice located at Eva, Alabama where
he specializes in Estate, Family Law, and Probate work. His overall
passion is to help people protect their families from separation,
financial hardships, and loss associated with custody issues, untimely
deaths, and poor planning. He has never charged a consultation fee
that may or may not lead to being retained to represent a client. The
most important things to him is that the client is represented well
and his/her interest protected at all times. His fees are reasonable
and based upon whether he can help the client with his expertise
or if referring the client to another lawyer would be in his/her best
interest.
