Estate Planning for your family is more crucial than ever due to the aging of the American population. I offer Wills, Living Wills, Power of Attorneys, Life Estates, Health Care Power of Attorneys, Advance Health Directives, Probate of Wills, deeds, and other estate planning to families who choose to decide where their hard earned money goes after their death instead of the State of residence. Many times over the years I have seen real estate and property that could have been left to children sold by Medicaid and the money used to pay for Nursing home care. This could have been easily prevented by executing a Life Estate and left to the children after the waiting period had elapsed. A few hundred dollars could have possibly saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in a well planned and executed estate plan.

FAMILY LAW

Family Law is a substantial part of my practice including, adoptions, custody, DNA testing and uncontested divorces. I work hard to protect my client's interest and at the same time attempt to minimize the stress on the children involved in the cases. There has to be a fine balance between what is best for the client versus what is best for the children when the Court involved will always do what is in the best interest of the children. Family Law is a growing part of my practice over the past twenty years especially with custody issues and with many grandparents adopting their grandchildren a new trend that has been growing rapidly across the state and country.

BUSINESS & PERSONAL INJURY

I offer Incorporation and Limited Liability Company filing for businesses that are new or just starting up. Liability issues are a growing concern for for businesses that are operating with new laws and guidelines that often cover the customer at the expense of the business. I also represent clients in Personal Injury claims that result in injuries, loss of wages and property damages.
